Following a recent ‘In Year Admissions Parent Survey’, we have had some fabulous responses:
When asked “Do you feel you were given appropriate information to make an informed choice about EPCHS” one parent responded: “The communication is above and beyond. A very happy parent with an extremely happy year 7 student. All his needs are met to a high standard on all occasions”.
We asked parents for their additional comments on the school and transition process and received the following comments:
“**** had a smooth transition and everyone made her feel welcome. An effort was made to help her settle by a buddy system. We feel the school puts lots of effort into making sure not only the children are safe and are learning but also in their peer groups to. This is also important for the children to thrive. I would like to thank EPCHS for everything they do for ****.”
“My child moved to Catholic High School in February. The anxiety my child suffers with has reduced massively and is so much more happy in Catholic High School. We love the fact that in such a short space all teachers seem to know and understand the traits and anxieties that my child displays, without judgement. The teachers go above and beyond; we are extremely grateful to them at working together with us all as a family and now I can honestly say that my child thoroughly enjoys attending school. My child leaves early most mornings to start the school day early by attending sports class in the morning, it’s been a huge success for my child attending this amazing school!”
“We have been hugely impressed with the school transition to EPCHS for our child. It was professionally handled, with us as parents being kept informed at all stages. Communication with the school was fantastic (this, we feel, is very important). All members of staff we met were brilliant. We felt they listened to us as parents and gave us the information we needed. But the most important thing is that our child is so happy with their new school! We are so grateful for all the help we as a family have received from the team at EPCHS…many thanks!!!”
